Finish up the day with gentle stretching, conscious breathing and various relaxation techniques. The class is suitable for all ages and levels.

Mission

My mission is to facilitate a safe and open space to heal ourselves without the fear of judgement, and to offer support for others on this journey. I don’t call myself a teacher and I don’t follow any specific religious system. My practice is guided by looking at my own mind, my fears and limitations, and approaching them with kindness in thought and movement. I use stretching, movement, breathwork, meditation and music as the main tools.

I’ve been practicing various dance styles for ten years, including intensive studies of movement and body conditioning techniques of four years at the Peridance Capezio Dance Center in New York. I’m currently studying at the Shang Shung Institute of Tibetan Medicine and practice warming Tibetan Kunye massage. I’m passionate about exploring different ways to balance the body and mind to live in full health and harmony.
