Finding a non-judgmental space to share your feelings, to talk it out, can be difficult. Especially when you’re not really looking for advice, a quick fix, or friends taking sides. That’s what I’m here for.

 
 

Stay In Charge

We all have assigned roles in our lives - at work, with friends, even with the family and loved ones. It can be hard to step outside of it and share how you truly feel, the uncertainties you experience, or talk out sensitive decisions still in the making. Sharing in a non-judgemental space enables you to be heard without the risk of affecting any of the social structures you have built.

 

Uncharge

Sharing doesn’t need to have a goal. We’re driven towards constant self-improvement and sometimes everything starts to feel like “work”. Sharing without any goal or outcome in mind is freeing and offers a space to relax safely in your body and mind.

 
 

Recharge

Many scientific studies confirm just how much of a positive impact sharing can have on mental wellbeing. Being actively listened to can improve your perception of quality of life, promote a greater degree of emotional improvement and trigger a chemical change in your brain, leading to feelings of reward. Our brains also work differently when we’re talking, and sharing can offer new introspective viewpoints to important questions.

The connected listening experience lasts for 50 minutes. During the session, I will support you in anything you would like to share by applying mindfulness, non-judgment, and active listening practices. Everything you share during the session is fully confidential.

Hei, I’m Liis and I care about people.

I’ve often found myself in a situation where I don’t need advice, to fix a problem, or friends taking sides - just to share what I’m going through at this moment, and feel heard without judgement.

This is really hard to find or have access to just when I need it. That’s why I decided to focus on exactly that - offering a safe non-judgemental space for anyone to share and be heard.

I’m from Estonia and lived in NYC and LA for over a decade where I fell in love with dance and mindfulness. I currently study Tibetan Medicine at Shang Shung Institute to deepen my knowledge in holistic medicine, nutrition, and healing. I rely on my daily practice of loving kindness and compassion to offer a space for emotional healing through supporting others. I truly wish all beings to be free of suffering.
